The St James Heritage Appeal was launched to save the St James Priory - a 900 year old church, built in 1129 as a Benedictine Priory, which found itself on the English Heritage Buildings at Risk Register. Situated in the bustling centre of Bristol, today it is one of the most important forms of Norman architecture in the UK and a true gem of Bristol's heritage. JBP created the identity and collateral for the appeal and launched it to the media, key stakeholders and supporters at a special event hosted by the Lord Mayor of Bristol. JBP is now focusing its efforts on maintaining the profile of the appeal in both the regional and national media and generating interest from high profile supporters, thus creating an ideal environment to support the fundraising efforts of the trustees.
